Warehouse Management
Support of warehouse processes through handheld scanners and forklift terminals ― Automatic capture of items using barcode or RFID
Manual data entry is prone to errors – therefore, it should be avoided whenever possible! With handheld computers and forklift terminals, this process is automated. By using industry standards, data can also be processed automatically across companies. As a result, storage is reduced to two scanning operations – of the label and the storage location.
Terminals permanently installed on forklifts display all necessary information to the warehouse worker. Here, for example, products can be sorted according to their best-before date or certain items can be blocked. All operations can also be carried out using mobile data terminals or smartphones.
Barcode (GS1-128)
In addition to the EAN (GTIN), many other types of information can be stored in the barcode. For example, the NVE allows unique identification, and batch and production data can be read automatically.
RFID
RFID technology makes it possible to capture this data even without line of sight – and, if required, completely autonomously! Furthermore, condition data can be stored directly on the transponder.
Software System
Create storage locations and record stock movements directly on site. Check and document the quality of incoming deliveries. Keep an eye on your current inventory – whether on a PC or mobile device.
The warehouse application runs entirely in the browser, making it possible to use it on any number of devices without complex software deployment.
Nevertheless, a constant server connection is not required – thanks to modern technologies, work can also be carried out offline. Stock movements are sent to the server as soon as a Wi-Fi access point is within range or a mobile network connection is available.

Implementation
The technical design depends heavily on the individual requirements of our customers and, in our experience, varies greatly.
Examples of completed projects:
- Management of an external warehouse for waste paper processing with quality control at goods receipt and mapping of all warehouse processes via handheld scanners.
- Tracking of products in the food industry with a web-based warehouse management software.
